We have partnered with DFin to bring you a complimentary webcast—“Top 15 Proxy Disclosure Areas To Focus on This Season”—to be held in two days, on Thursday, November 3rd, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. ET. Please register to catch this program live or to be able to access the video archive.

During the webcast, Perkins Coie’s own Danielle Benderly, Jason Day, and Broc Romanek will offer practice tips for 15 sections of the proxy statement, and DFin’s Ron Schneider will parse some examples of what the disclosures actually look like for those sections. This will be an action-packed program. If that’s not exciting, then I don’t know what is.
